You can book our vacation home in Chiemgau all year round.
As a rule, the “Lieblingsecke” can be booked by the week or for a shorter stay of at least 3 nights.
In the high season, the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the low season your arrival day is freely selectable.

What is the maximum number of guests?
The “Lieblingseck” offers space for up to 3 people. Equipped with a comfortable king-size double bed and a sofa bed (120 cm wide), this apartment is also ideal for families. A baby crib is available free of charge on request.
Are pets allowed?
As we attach particular importance to being allergy-friendly, pets are not permitted.
Is the property fenced in?
The property is fenced in. Guests of the Lieblingseck have their own access.
Are towels and bed linen included?
The room rate includes fluffy towels and high-quality bed linen.
Guests also have a choice of different pillows from the pillow menu.
Is the favorite corner suitable for babies and children?
Children of all ages are welcome. A high chair and a baby crib are available free of charge for babies (up to 2 years). For children aged 2 and over, the sofa bed in the living area can be used in addition to the bedroom. This makes the apartment ideal for your family vacation in Chiemgau.

Culture and culinary delights are not neglected either – you will find all of this in the immediate vicinity of our vacation home.

Accessibility - Is the apartment suitable for people with disabilities?
The vacation home is located on the first floor and is accessible at ground level.
However, the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Is the "Lieblingseck" (favorite corner) allergy friendly?
All materials used are carefully tested for their environmental compatibility. We only use low-pollutant, environmentally friendly and natural materials and consumables that not only serve your well-being but also protect our environment.
The bedding is spring-free and the central ventilation system filters the air and ensures regular air exchange. With 95% energy recovery, the filtered air is passed through a heat exchanger and pre-cooled or pre-heated according to the season.

When booking directly via the vacation home website, guests will receive an invoice on request. Bookings via other platforms also offer voucher options.
Check-In - Check-Out
How do you get to the house?
The “Lieblingseck” is located at Waldstraße 2a in 83257 Breitbrunn. Coming from the highway exit and continuing via Prien and Breitbrunn, Waldstraße is the second street on the left after the town sign. The vacation apartment is slightly to the rear and can be recognized by its dark wooden façade.
The entrance to the apartment is at the sheltered rear of the house.

Is a parking space and charging station available?
A free parking lot in front of the house is reserved for you. There is also a charging station for e-cars with a type 2 connection with green electricity. Please ask us about the use.
What does the key handover look like?
As a rule, we will welcome you personally and accompany you to the apartment. If this is not possible, we will leave the key in a safe at the entrance.
You will receive the access code in advance if required.

Check-in from 15:00
check-out until 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.

Do I have a contact person on site?
If you have any questions, you can reach us directly in our “home office” or by telephone.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
An Edeka supermarket with bakery is located 50 m from the apartment. Fresh pastries and bread are also available here on Sunday mornings.
Opposite is a rental station for bicycles and e-bikes.
If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can help out in most cases.
How far is Lake Chiemsee from the apartment?
The holiday home „Lieblingseck“ is just 150m from Lake Chiemsee, as well as from the nearest bathing area and the jetty to Fraueninsel and Herrenchiemsee.
Are there any recommended restaurants near the "Lieblingseck"?
Are there any recommended restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment? At the beginning of your stay you will also receive an e-mail or notification from us with our personal restaurant recommendations in the vicinity?
How do I charge my electric car?
There is a charging facility for your electric car at the parking lot reserved for you.
For a daily fee for your stay, you can charge your car here with green electricity. Please contact me for this.
Is the Chiemgau suitable for cycling and where can I store my bike
The Chiemgau area and Lake Chiemsee is a true paradise for cyclists and is one of the most beautiful cycling regions in Germany.
With over 2,000 km of well-signposted cycle paths, the region offers tours for every taste and fitness level – from relaxed excursions along the shores of Lake Chiemsee to challenging routes in the mountains.
Your bike garage is located directly opposite the entrance to your vacation home.
Here you will find a toolbox, repair kit and air pump as well as charging facilities for your e-bike.
How is the kitchen equipped?
In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy everything from breakfast to preparing your favorite dishes.
The modern kitchen offers you high-quality kitchen appliances, including an induction hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, toaster, egg stove, kettle and a French press coffee machine – ideal for the perfect start to the day.
Our herb garden is also located next to the house. You are welcome to pick your own herbs here.
In addition to rosemary, thyme, oregano and sage, you can also regularly find chives, fresh mint and sometimes dill and basil.
In the bike garage there are sun loungers, a barbecue and a game of boccia.
Is there a television?
Even after an eventful day in Chiemgau, you don’t have to miss out on your favorite series or an exciting thriller on your Smart TV.
Your streaming services such as Sky or DAZN are available via Code 4711.
For TV-free evenings, there is a games collection and various magazines and books.
What are the rules for waste?
Our sustainability concept of the „Lieblingseck“ also includes waste avoidance and separation.
Glass, paper, residual waste, plastic and compostable waste are carefully separated from each other.
Plastic and compost are initially stored temporarily in the bicycle garage.
The raw compost waste is then processed in the worm composter and supports the fertilization of our herb garden, from which you are welcome to use herbs for your expenses.
Is smoking allowed?
The vacation home „Lieblingseck“ is a non-smoking apartment. We ask smokers to smoke outside.
